How We Work Together
Getting started doesn’t need to be complicated.
My process is designed to be simple and straightforward, while giving me enough space to understand how your practice works, what you need support with, and how I can make your day-to-day life easier.

Let’s Talk
We start with a video call to get to know each other, discuss your practice and the areas where you need support. It’s a chance for you to ask questions, explain how you currently work, and for me to understand how I can support you most effectively.

Making It Official
Following our conversation, I’ll draw up an agreement that sets out the support we’ve discussed and protects both of us. Confidentiality and data protection are important to me, so I work in line with GDPR and relevant UK legislation, giving you peace of mind that your information is handled appropriately.

Understanding How You Work
You’ll provide access to the systems I need and show me how you currently do things. I take care to learn your processes before making any changes, so that my support fits around your practice rather than disrupting it.
This is an ongoing part of our working relationship — whenever I take on a new task, I’ll make sure I understand how you want it handled first.

Giving You Back Your Time
Initially, I’ll work closely with you and follow the processes you’ve shown me. Once I’m familiar with how everything works, I can take ownership of those tasks and manage them independently, giving you one less thing to think about.
Communication Matters
Good communication makes everything work more smoothly. I’ll ask questions when I need clarification, keep you updated when it matters, and make sure you feel comfortable with how things are being handled. As I get to know your practice, the aim is for you to feel confident handing things over — knowing they’re being taken care of without unnecessary back-and-forth.
